We are very proud of our exceptional team at Rising Fives. Our team have over 77 years’ experience working in childcare. All of our staff are qualified to NVQIII and each holds a First Aid certificate and safeguarding qualifications.

Michaela Pyle

Preschool Manager and Safeguarding Lead

Michaela has been at Rising Fives since April 2015 and has a Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce as well as Advanced Safeguarding and Designated Lead.

Lyn Meyrick

Deputy Manager and Health and Safety Lead

Lyn has worked at Rising Fives since October 2019 and has a NNEB Diploma in Nursery Nursing as well as Advanced Safeguarding and Designated Lead and Designated Health and Safety Officer.

Rachel Abbott

Office Manager

Rachel has been at Rising Fives since October 2007 and has a AAT Level 4 Diploma in Accounting

Abigail Annals

Early Years Practitioner, SENCo and Forest School Leader

Abby has worked at Rising Fives since November 2016 and has a NCFE Cache Level 4 for Early Years Advanced Practitioner as well as Level 3 Certificate for Forest School Leaders and SENCo Induction Training.

Lisa Etherington

Early Years Practitioner

Lisa has been at Rising Fives since October 2017 and has a Edexcel Level 3 National Diploma in Early Years.

Katie Horton

Early Years Practitioner

Katie has been at Rising Fives since November 2023 and has a NCFE Cache Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce.

Grace Wilson

Trainee Early Years Practitioner

Grace has been at Rising Fives since September 2023 and is working towards a NCFE Cache Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years
